Prior to Trax, Blake has held leadership positions at companies such as BMC/Bladelogic, Khoros, and Workiva.

A four-time CRO with over 30 years of Enterprise software sales experience, Bill specializes in building scalable Go-To-Market teams and processes. He previously served as CRO at Aware and Hyperscience, and as CRO in-residence at Victorem Partners. His coaching-focused leadership style was honed at companies like BladeLogic/BMC and Okta.

Jason Westigard serves as Chief Product Officer at Trax Technologies, leading the Product and Technology organization. Previously, he was Head of Product at Strattam Capital and VP of Product Management at Interactions, LLC, specializing in Conversational AI. With expertise in user-centered product development and building high-performing teams, Jason also held senior roles at Spredfast, Inovis, and the Dachis Group.
