Chief Executive Officer
Chris is responsible for leading Trax and driving increased value for customers. He joined Trax in 2018 when Trax and Veraction merged to become the biggest privately owned company in the industry. Chris joined Veraction in 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience in technology, ecommerce, procurement and supply chain solutions. Prior to Veraction, Chris was President of Ritchie Bros. EquipmentOne (NYSE: RBA), the leading online marketplace for industrial assets. Chris also held executive positions at Directworks, a leading SaaS based spend management company, SEEC, an award winning software provider to the financial services industry and led global account management at Ariba/FreeMarkets, a pioneer in B2B e-sourcing and procurement solutions.
Chris is a graduate of The Citadel and then served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He received his business degree from Boston University.
Chief Financial Officer
Liz brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic investment and M&A activity, with particular focus on technology and Internet companies. Her experience spans a wide range of industries and includes retail, media and entertainment, online advertising, software and professional services from start-up to multi-billion dollar businesses.
Prior to Trax, Liz has held leadership positions at companies such as Korn Ferry, General Motors and Deloitte. She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University.
Chief Operating Officer
Matt recently joined Trax as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Trax, Matt was the Vice President, Integration at E2Open, a leading SaaS supply chain management company, where he successfully led the integration activities for a number of key acquisitions. He has a deep background in designing and implementing business improvement for leading edge enterprises including Noesis Finance, E2open, Pantellos and Perfect Commerce.
Matt also brings over eight years of strategy and process consulting experience from both PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Accenture. He holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA from Cornell University.
Chief Technology Officer
Ravi leads product development and has responsibility for Trax’s overall technology direction. He brings more than 25 years of engineering and development leadership experience to Trax with a specific focus on data management and analytics solutions. Prior to Trax, Ravi held leadership roles with technology companies such as Oracle and Informatica, has been a successful technology company founder and holds five technology related patents.
Ravi is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology, India with a degree in Electrical Engineering, received his MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and his MBA from the New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Senior Vice President, Customer Success
Mike has overall accountability for our customer’s success here at Trax and is responsible for strategic account management as well as service delivery for more than 300 customers globally. He brings more than 30 years of experience and leadership to Trax after successful roles at companies such as iboss Cybersecurity, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, Extreme Networks, and Blue Door Networks.
Mike is a versatile leader with deep expertise in sales, service delivery, operations and business consulting. Mike holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Florida State University.
Chief Administrative Officer
With a broad background in all aspects of Human Resources—including legal, global, and recruiting perspectives—Elizabeth came to Trax in 2016, where she now leads all people and facilities functions. Her primary role is to develop the teams, policies, programs, services and systems necessary to meet the company’s worldwide human resources and facilities requirements. Prior to joining Trax, Elizabeth spent five years at Bloomberg LP in a variety of roles, including recruiting and HR Business Partnership in New York, Hong Kong, and Washington, DC.
Elizabeth was most recently the Chief of Staff at Bloomberg Government (BGOV) and member of the BGOV leadership team. She started her career at Robert Half International as a recruiter and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington.
